Age Requirement and Curriculum
On September 1, 2011, students must be 12 months through 4 years old. Students who turn five by September 1st are ineligible for admission into the program. Classroom lessons and activities are usually guided by an age-specific, non-denominational, religion-based workbook. An informative parent letter and activity sheet, copied from the book, will be sent home whenever a new unit is begun.

Schedule
Each classroom has a tentative schedule of planned activities to create a fun and interesting day. A copy is sent home each class day.

Enrollment Fee
The non-refundable fee for enrollment is $45.00 per family, due at the time of enrollment, and includes the program session from fall 2010 through spring 2011.

Supply Fee
There is a non-refundable $25.00 supply fee, per family, due at enrollment and an additional $25.00 supply fee, per family, due by December 20 with the January 2011 tuition payment. This fee helps offset the cost of art and maintenance supplies, snacks, and photo printing.
Tuition
The non-refundable current monthly tuition is due at enrollment for the month the child will begin class. There are no partial months, pro-rations, or drop-in spaces available. Full non-refundable monthly tuition reserves the student’s placement in the program and is due on the 20th day of the preceding month. The cost is $23.00 per child per class day. The number of class days in each month will vary and is contingent on scheduled class days of the Fredericksburg Independent School District calendar. A $10.00 late fee is added when payment is past due. In the situation of late tuition, the student’s placement will not be held and a child on the program’s waiting list will be contacted for that opening.
Snack
A daily snack is provided. Typical snacks may include: cereal, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, raisins, trail mix. Please inform the director of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
Lunch
Students bring their own nutritious, ready-to-eat lunches to class.
