Our monthly Family Fun Night is on Wednesday, October 21. Join us for dinner from 5:00-6:00 p.m. and for activities for all ages from 6:00-7:00. This month, the Diocese of West Texas is sending a film crew to make a video about St. Barnabas Family Ministries! We would love for everyone to come and be part of this exciting project.

The Diocese of West Texas is producing a video, Raising Youth, for Council 2027, to highlight the importance and positive impact of children and youth ministries. St. Barnabas has been selected to be featured in the video, highlighting our children and youth ministry programs, including Creation Camp and Family Fun Night.

To show the positive impact of these programs, the Diocese of West Texas will film Family Fun Night on Wednesday, October 21. Photos of Creation Camp will also be included in the video. This is an exciting opportunity to share across the diocese the fun and impactful ways that St. Barnabas families and youth are connecting and strengthening their faith.

The film crew will be accompanied by diocesan staff, Meg Grant, Executive Director of Communications, and Andrea Thompson, Principal Graphic and Digital Designer. There are no expectations other to have fun and participate as normal—the film crew will work to be behind the scenes to capture Family Fun Night without any disruptions. If you do not want to be included in any of the video footage, please let us know, and we will ensure you are not shown. Please let us know if you’re coming so we can plan accordingly!
